Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how and why we use them on our platform, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the site's owners. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and software development kits (SDKs), which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep you signed in and maintain the security of your session;
  • remember your preferences, such as language and currency;
  • operate core platform features, including charts and trading tools;
  • understand how our Services are used so we can improve them; and
  • measure the performance of, and (where permitted) personalise, our marketing.

3. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the platform to function — for example, to authenticate you, keep your session secure and remember items as you move between pages. The Services cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.

Preference cookies. These remember choices you make, such as your language, currency and display settings, to give you a more personalised experience.

Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand how visitors interact with the platform by collecting information on an aggregated, and where possible anonymised, basis. We use this to improve how the Services work.

Marketing cookies. These are used to deliver and measure advertising that is relevant to you and to limit how often you see an ad. They may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners.

4. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by us directly. Third-party cookies are set by external providers we work with — such as analytics, payment and advertising partners — when their services are embedded in or linked from our platform. Those third parties are responsible for their own cookies, and their use is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.

5. How long cookies last

Cookies are either "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. We use both types depending on their purpose — for example, security cookies are typically session-based, while preference cookies persist so we can remember your settings on your next visit.

6. Managing your cookie preferences

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

  • use our cookie banner or preference centre, where available, to accept or reject non-essential cookies;
  • adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies — most browsers let you do this through their privacy or security menus; and
  • opt out of certain third-party analytics and advertising cookies through the providers' own tools.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly, including signing in and trading.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, our platform does not currently respond to them. We will update this policy if that changes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.

9. More information
