1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "Client") and the company operating this platform ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for an account, accessing our website, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You agree to provide identification and supporting documentation on request, and you authorise us to verify the information you provide, including through third-party verification providers. We may limit, suspend or terminate access to your account, and withhold funds, where verification is incomplete or where we are required to do so by law.

5. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The use of leverage can work both for and against you. You may sustain losses that exceed your initial deposit, and you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You acknowledge that:

• you trade entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement;
• we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument;
• market conditions, volatility, gaps and slippage may affect execution prices; and
• you are solely responsible for assessing whether a product or strategy is appropriate for your circumstances.

6. Deposits, withdrawals and funds

You may fund your account using the payment methods made available to you. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, processing times, minimum and maximum limits, and any fees disclosed at the time of the transaction. We may decline or reverse a transaction where we suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these Terms or applicable law. Funds held in your account do not earn interest unless expressly stated.

7. Orders and execution

Orders you place are instructions to us to execute transactions on your behalf according to the platform's available order types. We will use reasonable efforts to execute orders promptly, but we do not guarantee that any order will be executed, or executed at a particular price. Quoted prices are indicative and may change before an order is filled. You are responsible for all orders placed through your account, including those placed using automated tools, copy-trading or third-party integrations you enable.

8. Fees, charges and taxes

You agree to pay all applicable spreads, commissions, swap/financing charges, inactivity fees and other charges as set out in our fee schedule, which forms part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your trading activity. We may deduct amounts owed to us directly from your account balance.

9. Copy trading and signals

Where you choose to use copy-trading, signal or social-trading features, you acknowledge that you are replicating the decisions of other traders or strategies at your own discretion and risk. Past performance of any strategy provider is not indicative of future results, and we do not endorse, guarantee or accept responsibility for the performance of any provider you follow.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• engage in market manipulation, arbitrage abuse, latency exploitation or other prohibited trading practices;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or introduce malicious code;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the Services without our written consent; or
• provide false information or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your access, and reverse any trades or profits, where we reasonably determine that prohibited conduct has occurred.

11. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks, charts, data and materials made available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial trading. No other rights are granted.

12. Third-party services and market data

The Services may include data, links and tools provided by third parties, including market-data feeds, liquidity providers and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

13. Platform availability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, market conditions or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from such unavailability, including any inability to open, modify or close positions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, where required by law, where we suspect a breach of these Terms, or to protect the integrity of our platform. You may close your account at any time, subject to the settlement of any open positions and outstanding obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
